Natalie developed a love of the theatre growing up in beautiful Bundjalung Country in Northern NSW. At 16 she was accepted into the prestigious Australian Ballet School in Melbourne where she received Honours for her Diploma in Dance. She is a dual international medalist in classical ballet and settled in Brisbane to dance with The Queensland Ballet where she performed many leading roles including The Sugar Plum Fairy in Nutcracker at QPAC. After a career as a professional dancer, Natalie's love of dance led her into teaching, choreographing and adjudicating throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Recently, she has enjoyed working on music videos for Brisbane band Sheppard and musical artist Hayden James. Natalie also works as a support worker and loves to see people living with disabilities achieve independence and confidence in the community. She lives in Brisbane with her husband and has two talented adult sons.

Odi is our Canine Executive Officer and is responsible for staff morale and overall wellbeing. His experience as a therapeutic consultation expert to his fellow workers is beyond compare. Odi is known as an inclusive and non-judgemental leader who believes that all beings are created equal. Odi is always right near the action but is usually fast asleep and yes, he snores.
